How to Improve Your Posture

1. Go to the gym. Lift weights. Do squats and deadlifts.

2. Take a deep breath and exhale. This is the relaxed, natural position your body should be in. 

3. Pay attention. Try to recognize when you’re slouching, and immediately correct your posture.

4. Engage your core. Flex those abs, and your back will straighten out.
